Allison graduated Hartwick College with a Bachelors degree in Economics and Finance. She decided later to follow her heart and pursue a career in teaching. She earned her degree in Mathematics Education from Molloy College and has been a middle school math teacher for the past 13 years. She currently resides in Merrick, with her husband and two children.
